At the heart of the Grosvenor House complex, on the Residence side here's one of Dubai's hottest nightspots, Toro Toro is a two-storey South American restaurant and bar right on the marina's edge. It's the brainchild of award-winning Mexican chef Richard Sandoval. The idea here is to turn the meal into a festive event, as is the case in Latin America. The best way to do this is to come with friends and share tapas, which allows you to sample different flavors. On the second floor, the lounge atmosphere is provided by the DJ.
