The very chic Michelin-starred Peruvian restaurant from London's Mayfair district opened in Dubai in early 2015 inside the luxurious Four Seasons. It features Peruvian classics revamped and modernized as befits this kind of establishment. The starters are presented in the form of tapas to share. The restaurant is packed every night, and making a reservation is a must. One of our favorite restaurants.

Service was very good, our server explained the drinks and dishes so that we could make an informed decision.
The food was delicious and beautifully presented. No complaints about food or service- both were well appreciated!
My only 2 disappointments were :
1) the “Agua de leche” cocktail I ordered was delicious but served in a small (50ml?) glass with a huge block of ice in it…the ice occupied almost the entire glass with only a little of the actual drink surrounding it….so after 3 small sips the drink was over. This really felt like a bit of a short change. I ordered 2 of them but after 6 sips I felt like it was futile. I’m not a big drinker but I sometimes like to enjoy a cocktail with my meal. This one was delicious but the equivalent of 1/4 serving size you would expect.
This was the same for a non-alcoholic drink we ordered- same glass size, same huge block of ice, the drink was over in 3-4 sips. Very disappointing as basically we were paying around 70 aed for a block of ice with a small shot of cocktail/ mocktail.
2) We ordered a cappuccino which came with individually wrapped (in plastic) sugar cubes! So wasteful and environmentally unfriendly. A restaurant of this calibre could easily find a way to serve sugar without so much plastic waste.
C’mon Coya you can do better on the above 2 items.
Other than that it was a lovely meal and we may return….Although there are many restaurants in Dubai with fantastic meals and more generous with their cocktail serving size.
