On the 31st floor of the Sofitel, right in the middle of the Burj Khalifa and the hustle and bustle of the Downtown district, Inka is a Peruvian-inspired restaurant, intimate and warm in size, with an elegant Art Deco style interior. Light and fresh cuisine based on traditional Peruvian recipes, revisited and dusted off by Lima's native chef Christian Motte. For a cocktail with a panoramic view or a few Latin dance steps, head to the bar-lounge next door, hushed, glamorous, swaying like a salsa and lascivious like a tango.

Opening time and information on INKA

Bar open from 6pm to 2am on Sundays, Tuesdays and Saturdays and until 3am on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The kitchen closes at 11.30pm on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and at 12.30am on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Around 230 AED per person.
