During the mild season, choose one of the few tables on the terrace, bordered by the streams of the gardens and more intimate. Absolute freshness (crabs and lobsters fished live in the large aquarium) and live cooking. The crab spiced the chef's way is tasted with the hands and is divine. The fish is offered grilled or steamed with a sauce of your choice.
