A top class Chinese hotel that is located on the first floor of the Mina A'Salam Hotel, whose terrace is practically overlooking the canals and offers a direct view of the Burj Al Arab. Chef Lai Min Wei is in charge of enchanting us by revisiting traditional Chinese cuisine to transform it into contemporary, refined, exquisite dishes such as dim sum, or duck cut up in front of the guest. Nothing like Belleville! In the evening, when all around is adorned with a thousand fires, the setting makes the plate take second place anyway.
