Lunch was amazing. Beautiful cars in the parking lot. Very luxurious. We were dressed casual, nothing fancy just as regular tourists. Buffet was exquisite, lots of choices.

We stayed at Raffles The Palm in February 2023. Due to a massive Indian wedding that took over the entire hotel with loud music from early morning until late at night, our stay turned into a nightmare that couldn't end quickly enough. Eventually, they offered us a voucher valid for one year for a stay of the same duration. The management assured us that such weddings would no longer be hosted... One year later, in February 2024, we initially enjoyed some truly relaxing days here - until the next Indian wedding with booming music late into the night. If you're looking to relax and seek tranquility, I strongly advise against staying here! You can never rely on what to expect at Raffles The Palm. Additionally, the breakfast waiting times do not meet the standards of a 5-star establishment, and the breakfast area lacks the ambiance of a train station hall. The balcony of the room was overrun by pigeons, and their droppings were everywhere, hardly ever cleaned. The beach atmosphere was pleasant, and we particularly enjoyed the Italian restaurant Piatti on the beach. All in all, we would not want to visit Raffles The Palm again.

الفندق اكثر من رائع من جميع النواحي و الخدمة ممتازة وطاقم العمل جدا متعاون و خدوم ... حصل لنا مشكله معقدة مع احد مواقع الحجز الالكترونية و عند إبلاغ فريق الاستقبال كانو جدا متعاونين ومتفهمين و أوجدو حل مناسب لكل الأطراف
شكرا خاص للمدير نائل و الموظف عاطف على خدمتهم الأكثر من رائعه ... وبإذن الله لنا زيارة ثانية للفندق

Raffles the Palm is very beautiful and romantic place to stay, the service here is excellent, especial thanks to Hani Falastin the Manager from the restaurant Le Jardin was particularly outstanding.

Raffles The Palm was a very nice discovery, from the entrance until the pool, and we had the Easter egg hunt at “le jardin” , the food was delicious and the kids enjoyed all the activities they organized. Mr Hany was very kind and friendly. thank you for everything.

Led by the visionary leadership of Hany Falastin and his dedicated team, every aspect of the evening was meticulously crafted to deliver an unforgettable culinary journey.

From the moment I stepped into the opulent surroundings of Raffles the Palm, I was transported to a realm where luxury seamlessly blended with the essence of Ramadan. The ambiance exuded an air of tranquility, setting the perfect stage for the feast that awaited.

The centerpiece of the meal and the atmosphere were really great

Fantastic hotel, stayed here for final leg of trip in UAE. Service was great! Is a little further out on the palm and outside of the city centre and definitely off the mono rail path.
