This world-renowned Japanese restaurant chose the Atlantis Hotel to delight our taste buds in an ethno-design decor.

"Good food brings more peace and happiness in the world," says Master Matsuhisa. In Nobu, it is such a delight that you will leave a little happier! The following dishes have already become legendary: Black Cod Sablefish marinated in white miso and served with a ginger sauce, salmon sashimi in salad, dab with jalapeño pepper and crab claw in a truffle crust...
