In the elegant setting of the beautiful Park Hyatt, one of the jewels of the Dubai hotel industry, a top-flight Thai restaurant with an exotic and designer décor. Four large islands of live cuisine, where a multitude of traditional dishes, usually served in "tapas" portions, are concocted on sight. The concept is based on discovery and sharing, through several dishes in which one picks and tastes, passing deliciously from one flavour to another. We go from one cooking to another: wok, steamed, barbecued. A typical and qualitative address.
