BENJARONG
Originally, the word benjarong refers to the five colours of a unique type of Thai porcelain. By extension, the main piece of the porcelain service is called for royal or ceremonial use. Located at the top of the tower, this table welcomes its guests in the purest Thai tradition. A small pool of water covered with petals, columns with discrete monochrome motifs, a roof and walls of finely braided sheets, deep blue and gold harmony: everything is quiet and without ostentation. Dishes are prepared with simplicity, flavours are delivered in their natural leaves, without excessive search.
