And it was a wonder! This is what we can say about the unreal view that this marvellous terrace offers us: below, the dhows and their coming and going, testimony of a vanished past, and at the bottom, the insolent towers that stand on the whole horizon. Two Dubai, two eras, two worlds! The restaurant nestles at the top of the Rotana Hotel. On the plate, it is a market menu, according to the arrivals, Italian version: beautiful marriages of acidulous notes with fish carpaccios, beef cheek and tiramisu for dessert.
