This is the Amalfi Coast in Dubai. Alici, whose name means "anchovy", has set up shop on BlueWaters Island for us all to enjoy. It's not just the cuisine they've brought to the island, but the whole art of living: tableware, but also ceramic tiles by Gio Ponti, famous architect, designer and essayist. So instead of admiring the Mediterranean coastline, you can admire the skyscrapers of the Marina from the comfort of your terrace. On the plate, it's a rendezvous with freshness, and seafood products are sublimated.
