At first valet charged us ( It’s no longer valet it’s paid parking) and then we ordered sary breakfast which took almost an hour to be served. We requested them to change some stuff but they refused and said let me check with manager and did not show up.
In short they have lost the original taste of mado.

My experience at Mado this morning was incredibly disappointing. Despite the beautiful ambiance, our visit was marred by a series of unfortunate events. We arrived at 9:30 AM for breakfast, only to be told that the chef hadn't arrived yet and that we could place our order at 10 AM. To pass the time, we ordered Pistachio Sahlab, which was indeed delicious, but the 30-minute wait was frustrating.

By 10:30 AM, we were informed that the chef wouldn't be coming, and our order couldn't be taken. This left us feeling extremely hungry and disappointed. Despite the stunning surroundings, we couldn't overlook the fact that our morning was wasted due to this experience.

It's essential for establishments like Mado to manage their staffing and customer service effectively, especially during peak hours. Unfortunately, the lack of apology or compensation for the inconvenience further added to our disappointment. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall experience for future patrons.
