In competition with the eastern garden of the Ritz gardens, Al Khaima is a very good table. We cross the tree park of the hotel, on a gentle slope to the beach, to stop "under the tent", in fact a charming terrace lined with palm trees. Photophores, sky of lavender, elegant plates, superb, taste the wide selection of mezze. In the appetizer, too.

This restaurant is simply brilliant. During Ramadan there is a buffet from something like 6pm until about 8.30pm. The amount of food and the quality available is quite breathtaking. The a la carte menus are of course excellent but I think the buffet might even be easier ... especially if you are not sure of the names of all the dishes. The staff are superb, very friendly and helpful. Finally the chef. Chef Salah, is not only fantastic in what he does and has put a great team together, he is also incredibly friendly and approachable. As you can tell, I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough.
