Fantastic place ! Everything was perfect, very clean, very fancy, and the stuff very professional. Specially Maruf and his manager from housekeeping department were very professional and always polite and he did the room always shining.
Thanks for making our stay special.
Will always come back to One & Only Royal Mirage.

I had a hammam here and the original room was too small for me (I’m 193). Saief the manager was able to give me a new room and also gave me a complimentary service for the hassle. He went above and beyond and I would like to commend him. Thank you.

One of the best spas in Dubai. The price is frankly on a higher side, but it's really worth trying this place.

Saif is a very kind, professional and super friendly manager. It was pleasure to meet him. I spend unforgettable time in One and Only spa. Absolutely happy with arrangements and spa facilities.
Also want to thank Amin and Shuaib for their professionalism at work. Very nice service!

I got a voucher for 1 hour session for AED 160 from groupon.

The service was worth it. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. Served me with a welcome drink. And gave me a Tab in which i could choose the type of therapy i was looking for. Which areas i needed to focus on . How much pressure i required. What outcome i was expecting etc..

And then they other lady guided me towards the male spa locker . They have seprate Male and Female spa which is nice.

The ambience was really nice and Royalish.

Then Dalvinder my Therapist guided me towards the other facilities. Relaxation room, Steam,Sauna and Jacuuzzi.

The massage room was also really good.

And overall massage was satisfactory

It was the absolute best holiday experience I've ever had.
From the room to the dining room to the pool, everything was extra special. The staff are so attentive, the managers are great.
The food is gorgeous, the afternoon tea is fab. I did not want to leave.

The massage itself was great and we’ve heard good things of the hammam. We did a couples massage, my husband went for Swedish and I went for the pre-natal massage. The only downside would be the other spa facilities like the sauna, steam room and pool which were small. There were only two of us in the relaxation pool but there were so many people in and around for hammam it really didn’t feel peaceful at all. It’s felt crowded and overwhelming. Also the therapist asked us if we wanted a drink whilst waiting for our treatment and the drink never came (we waited around 45mins).

It is a great resort to stay on, the staff are friendly and supportive , the place is amazing, I can not describe it, the garden and the landscaping is beautiful.

superbe hôtel, literie et chambre juste top, a l’image de la chaîne : luxueuse et raffinée, le personnel est au top et très accueillant. Un hôtel classe pour une ville dont on ne peut peut être pas en dire autant (second degré, ou pas).

Seul bémol : le p’tit déjeuner. Pour nous le petit déjeuner en vacances est super important et la bas on était un peu déçus, ce n’est pas un buffet donc impossible de visualiser la nourriture, pas un grand choix à la carte mais tout de même très bon.
