Dario Cecchini, the famous Italian butcher, originally from Tuscany, has created a contemporary steakhouse at the top of SLS. Here, the signature steak tartare with smoked paprika, garlic, parsley, olive oil and truffle aioli, served with fries is a killer! Some aficionados regularly come to buy their meat from the butcher shop at the entrance of the restaurant. The cellar is full of good bottles from South America, South Africa, France or Australia.
