Dario Cecchini, the famous Italian butcher, originally from Tuscany, has created a contemporary steakhouse at the top of SLS. Here, the signature steak tartare with smoked paprika, garlic, parsley, olive oil and truffle aioli, served with fries is a killer! Some aficionados regularly come to buy their meat from the butcher shop at the entrance of the restaurant. The cellar is full of good bottles from South America, South Africa, France or Australia. Every Monday, don't miss the steak and French fries night!

Had an excellent cocktail, bread and butter was great, steak and asparagus were excellent, including mushroom sauce

The restaurant has lost its way. The once excellent food is now mediocre, the atmosphere is lacking, and the service is uninformed. It's disappointing to see such a decline from an establishment that was once great. Hopefully, my feedback can help bring about positive change.
