Visited this branch for the first time today. Ordered the mango napoleon dessert, which was delicious. The service was amazing, our waiter (Romeo) was great, he’s the best! All of the staff were friendly and nice as well.

I went twice to L'ETO dubai mall and the experience was beyond perfect. The service, the cakes, the drinks & the view were all 10/10

The welcoming staff was rude, staff wait me 1 hour for the smoking area Then staff took other persons to the smoking area. I ask you why! I am waiting one hours for smoking area and she couldn't help me in the terrace area. Only have to inside for me, I asked why you kept me waiting one hour. This is very rude behavior. For L,eto did not suit. They need to review their staff.

The first time tried cake here.. some of them remind me homemade cakes from childhood when i look at them
so did not know what to start with but decided to try first Caramel cake. Was quite delicious though sweet. and had amazing waiter Rex who made my visit very pleasant. Capuchino was little dissappointment - too small for cost and too milky.
