Two levels below the public observation platform, at 408 meters high, and accessed by a private elevator, this is the most perched dinner in the city. At noon, it's breathtaking and if you can, choose this option rather than the traditional climb. In the evening, you can't see anything very specific. On the menu, there is a choice between seafood, meats imported from Japan and internationally inspired dishes. It's very expensive, but when you're in the highest restaurant in the world, how can you not be tempted?

I ordered Sencha tea and was perturbed that it was boiled and burned the expensive flavour of the tea. I would have thought staff would have been trained to at least serve tea at the correct temperature. Another wasteful expense that i didnt enjoy. The wait staff were polite but very cold and starchy. It certainly has atmosphere and views. The violinist was wonderful. But not worth what we paid. My friend was celebrating her birthday, and I asked for something special for her, but nothing arrived before we were politely told to leave. I don't recommend this place. I've been to some amazing restaurants around the world, this unfortunately was not one of them.
