Arguably one of the most elegant brunches in the city, the Nobu High Brunch is a real gift for fans of gastronomic cuisine. Here it is quality and taste of products that take precedence. Dishes, served on an unlimited basis, are prepared on the order to ensure maximum freshness. All of the specialities offered are exclusively Japanese and the famous charbonnière and miso cod dish is part of the selection. As for the essential sushi, sashimis and tempura, they are prepared at the request on dedicated stands. For example, the top of the range remains with the original Japanese gimlet in yuzu, litchi and green lemon.
