ODEON is located at the crossroads of the popular Beach Road and Umm al Sheif Street, in the heart of Jumeirah. This French restaurant, panoramic terrace, market, boutique, bakery and caterer has quickly become the meeting place for Dubai's gourmets.
Chef Thomas Duhamel and his partner, Morgane, transmit here a very French know-how, served by years spent at the side of the starred Chef Yannick Alléno. ODEON offers a traditional, precise and tasty cuisine. It relies entirely on the quality of the products chosen with taste from carefully selected French market gardeners, butchers, fishmongers and cheese makers. After all, to quote Prosper Montagné: "You can only make good food with very good food
On the ODEON floor, you will find a wealth of gourmet temptations. At the same time market, store, delicatessen, bakery and pastry shop, it is all the generosity of ODEON that populates the stalls with fresh fish, lobsters, meat, poultry, cheese, fruits and vegetables in season, without forgetting the coveted caviar from Petrossian that is the pride of the house. Traditional takeaway dishes are also available, to lick your lips: quiches and savory pies, veal blanquette, beef bourguignon, lasagna, gratin dauphinois, ratatouille... So that everyone can take home a souvenir of ODEON.
Take the elevator or the stairwell with its white walls punctuated with small azure peas in the color of ODEON, and it is a pretty brasserie that offers itself to the eye, with its comfortable deep blue velvet benches, its carefully ironed white tablecloths, a large mirror that reflects conversations, a candlestick that sifts the evenings and this beautiful and unique red rose on each table, the incandescence of ODEON. The menu sets the tone
Chef Thomas Duhamel's cuisine is bourgeois without being rustic, masterful without being boring, gourmet without forgetting to remain fine.
We come across classics, such as the sacrosanct Burgundy snails, the Mussels au Gratin, the Foie Gras Mi-Cuit, the Bone Marrow with Chorizo, the Warm Goat Salad, the Beef Carpaccio with Capers, the gargantuan seafood platters, the Beef Tartar, the Bouillabaisse, the Cod Aïoli, the Tournedos Rossini, the Shallot Flank Steak, the Grilled Entrecote with Pepper Sauce, the Duck Leg Confit, the Royans Ravioles... All these dishes that sing of France, reminiscent of a grandmother's cooking, where only the sapidity is queen.
If gluttony is a bad habit, it is advisable to err on the side of dessert: Chocolate Mousse, Profiteroles, Caramel Beurre Salé Millefeuille, Ile Flottante with Speculos and Brioche Perdue, Caramelized Banana, Vanilla Ice Cream because, as Marie-Antoinette said: "The people are hungry? Let them eat brioche!
ODEON's generosity also extends to their catering service supported by the know-how of their team. Business lunches, gala meals, prestigious events, they are ready to take on any challenge!
Oh my! You are not at the end of your surprises at ODEON.
go up one more floor and there's a show! A long terrace, placed on the roof of this beautiful white house, offers you all of Dubai on your plate. A panoramic view of the city spreads out before you, taking your breath away, and the elegant Burj Khalifa tower, icon of a whole nation, sparkles in the firmament.
As you can see, ODEON is a little bite of France in the Emirati desert. A house run with talent, passion and carried by so many gourmet dreams... dreams to share!
