We stayed there for a month. The staff was absolutely amazing, always very helpful. The pool is great, breakfast is very good!
Only two notes: the mosque is too close and it is not sound proof, and internet is not great for calls.

Our first home in Dubai. Thank you so much!

Liked this hotel, friendly staff. Abdul was very supportive and helpful. The rooms are adequate in size. Bathrooms could be a bit bigger but not a major issue.
The food options could be better but overall satisfied for the location and the price they charge. Everything you need is nearby so easily accessible via walk.

Bra hyfsad hotell , luktar mat i hela lobbyn när dom serverar, bra pool området , vissa saker är slitna skulle behöva uppfräschning, nära till the walk på baksidan är bra.

صحيح أن الفندق يعتبر قديم نوعا ما لكنه نظيف للأمانه وهادئ ومناسب جدا للعوائل .. محتاج تغير في اطقم الأثاث نوعا ما .. أجمل شي فيه موقعه على شارع الشيخ زايد .. قريب من كل الوجهات ..

It's very good. I visited this venue for club contests and Meetings and this venue is the most useful ever for toastmasters

I called the hotel to book a room for me on weekend, once i reached the hotel 8 pm the room wasn't ready, the receptionist her name Israa asked me to wait ten minutes, then later half an hour!! later she told me, that the room will not be ready due to a problem in the AC I'll give you a suite, but i have to pay 100 AED!!!! i paid because im tired, next day morning, another issue in the restaurant, my daughter went to check the food , but your African waiter Samoli stopped her in front of my eyes he took the plate from her!! i shouted to him for that barbarian attitude, i know there will be no managers on weekends in most of hotels, and if there a duty managers, they will sort it out without informing the management, so i post it here to take quick action.

Muy bien ubicado, justo al lado de la estación de metro y a solo unos minutos caminando del Dubái Mall. Todo el personal muy amable, tanto en recepción como durante el desayuno y en la piscina/gimnasio, pendientes en todo momento de que la estancia fuese perfecta. Nuestro vuelo salía por la noche y no dudaron en guardar nuestro equipaje para que pudiéramos disfrutar de nuestras últimas horas en la ciudad. El desayuno, muy abundante y variado. Lo elegiríamos de nuevo sin duda
