Dushmantha the floor boy was very helpful whenever we needed anything he would oblige. Overall it was very pleasant feeling to stay at the Pullman hotel. Even the concierge / travel desk Alex was great help to guide us.

What I like the most about this magnificent hotel is that it's just 8 minutes away from the airport and also any room you get has a beautiful view on one side beach two sides city lights and one side road with beautiful lights and of course not noisy. Must visit to experience time saving budget friendly hotels.

Great experience and a great stay along with my family. Special mention to Shiva and Chetan at reception helped me a lot in all aspects and cleaning staff Sujan and Shambhu did a great job.

It was great experience everything was great except the beds and pillows were not comfortable. The location was great easy to walk to the mall and staff were friendly.

Hi I recently stayed at this room all was good until they told my son can't punch the punching bag and that he could swim even tho he could swim properly they told that he has to be above 16 and the food was not that good not enough for a 5 star hotel

Stayed at the Pullman Hotel on the City Centre Mall Dubai and enjoyed the service of its professional staff right from the reception. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I liked the airy dining room and breakfast spread. The fact that it was central to everywhere was a big plus for us. Housekeeping did a good job of cleaning the rooms regularly. My son enjoyed all the free facilities- swimming pool, gym and steaming room. By the way, we visited on the recommendation of a friend. It really lived up to our expectations. I would certainly come back.

The place is clean, staff were nice, and organised.

I have went there for our company annual Ramadan gathering. They booked iftar buffet at Pullman as a change this year. Unfortunately, it was much less than expected with their limited food variaties in the buffet.
Most of us left and went somewhere else to eat.

The hotel is magnificent, the service is excellent, particularly for an A+ service from Liam Maetaz, very humble and kind, knows how to deal with clients.
If i were asked what should we do to outstanding performers like Liam, i would suggest for bonus and promotion.

We are currently staying at the Pullman Hotel residence from the 25March until the 27 of April for work purpose. Great location to stay at. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. Room service staff Suman, Jamuna and Naminash were really helpful every time we ask something. Will stay here for sure next time we are in Dubai
