Great dining experience, price very good

The Habtoor Palace Dubai is the best hotel we've ever stayed at. Period.

This hotel is, without a doubt, the best hotel we've ever stayed at.

When we arrived, we were greeted by name before we stepped out of the taxi. The General Manager, Mr. Stefan, personally welcomed us at the front desk and made a point to regularly check in on us throughout our stay. Our room was spectacular. We initially booked a standard room but were upgraded to a Diplomat suite.

As Hilton Gold members, we were invited to complimentary daily cocktails and appetizers in the Champagne Lounge. Hemanth and Carlo went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.

The room was so spacious, it felt like we could get lost in it. The service was top-notch, the bed was perfect, and the iHome radio charged our devices super-fast. The shower and separate bath were great, and the amenities were from Diptyque Paris and even included a full-size hand cream.

The breakfast buffet was of the highest quality with an impressive selection of food. The service and cuisine at the BQ (Brasserie Quartier) exceeded all our expectations and I loved the Coffee Art from our barista Ijaz.

Guests have access to three rooftop pools at the Habtoor, Hilton, and V. Sauna and steam rooms are also available free of charge, although we didn’t get the chance to try them out.

On our final morning, we had an early departure and were going to miss the buffet breakfast. Mr. Saud from the BQ went out of his way to arrange a complimentary in-room breakfast for us. We were incredibly touched by this gesture.

The hotel’s central location in Dubai is ideal, and a taxi ride to the airport cost $15.00 US.

It’s not often that guests get to interact with the General Manager on a daily basis. It’s clear that Mr. Stephan and his team at the Habtoor Palace go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcomed and at home. This personal touch certainly sets them apart.

Mr. Stefan, your hotel is truly extraordinary, and your staff took exceptional care of us. We can’t wait to return.

Ramadan tent was very average

Al Habtoor Palace has elegance with its opulent décor, featuring shining Cristal candelabra that adorn its luxurious interior, casting a warm and inviting glow throughout the palace's grand halls and rooms.

The Ramadan Garden is way below expectations, the tables where they are serving coffee and tea were FULL of ants, We informed the staff no one changed anything!
The food quality is below average, the staff are not responsive although the place was not crowded.

My recent stay at Habtoor Palace in Dubai was truly remarkable. From the moment I arrived, I was met with unparalleled hospitality and luxurious accommodations.

The palace's grand architecture and elegant interiors set the stage for an unforgettable experience. The dining options were exceptional, offering a variety of exquisite cuisine from around the world.
Suhoor was 10/10

Without a doubt the hotel you need when visiting Dubai. Exemplary and attentive service. Thank you and I can’t wait to return already!

I went for suhoor at ramadan garden today. There were a lot of vacant seats. I reached at 10:45 pm. I requested for sofa seating by 11:30 but they told me that it was reserved. I requested them for this space if no one comes up after the booking time. I asked again at 12:45 but now they said the owner is coming for this particular space. I was there till 2:02 (2am being their closing time).. no one came to this sofa seats. When i was leaving I again asked them why would they not give me this seat. There were 2 ladies at the reception. One lady was clearly guilty in her face and the other lady tried to cover up saying it was booked. One could clearly understand from her face that she was hiding something. I would not go back to this place for ifthar or suhoor ever again.

Route to the washroom smelled terrible and looked shady. It was wet and dirty. Never expected this from the Habtoor palace team.

Food tasted good eventhough majority of the food had a taste of lemon on the higher side.

We went for Suhoor and it was a great experience. The main course options were less. Desserts were awesome.All in all, it's highly recommended to visit this place at least once.

Beautiful rooms and also the reception area. All services goes smoothly and are of highest standards, any communication with the staff is pleasant and effective, and on top of that it’s just a fantastic place to be in (even walking around the property). I shared some videos to show how the place looks. Also - have to mention our great experience with Ms. Mina (I hope I spell correctly) who truly has taken care of us at check-in and made us feel welcome from the first moment. We really appreciate you, and we are extremely happy we chose to stay at Habtoor Palace.

The outdoor Iftar was amazing, along with Dubai weather during observed Ramadan. Tge food was delicious and variety ????. The location is in the heart ❤️ of Dubai, with exceptionally views and scenery...

Amazing location and ambience

Have a great ambiance. Food is also good. Lovely place for a team building and office get-together.

Route is complicated

One of the best hotels i’ve stayed at in Dubai. Very clean and classic luxury feel. Excellent room service, valet, and housekeeping. However check in service as well as the butler service in the luxury suites could use some improvements. We also had to change our room key a number of times in a 2 night stay as the card kept locking us out.
