I'm quite disappointed with my recent stay at Rixos Premium Hotel JBR. Due to the unexpected rainstorm in Dubai, all the roads were closing, and I couldn't check in until 10 PM. Despite these circumstances, the hotel was inflexible and only allowed me to stay until 1 PM for check-out. Considering the situation, I believe a later check-out time should have been accommodated. It's really disheartening when you expect a certain level of understanding and flexibility from such a reputable hotel."

Merci a Ines pour sa bienveillance et sa gentillesse c'est vraiment la meilleure toujours souriante ravissante et agréable
elle nous a bien accueilli avec ma famille et surtout bien guider durant notre séjour. Je reviendrais sans hésiter au Rixos Dubai !

The location is very good, and rooms and the views are very good. Everything is very clean. But that's it. Too many people, too many Russians that don't create a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The hotel seems like little Moscow. The music in the pool playing all day is annoying. The beach isn't anymore what it used to be, sometimes it smells like fuel from the jet skis and boats.

Thanks to Burak for the excellent attention, he was helping me at all times since I made different reservations for the same week and he was in charge of uniting them so that I did not have to change rooms and he also upgraded my room. Really he is too kind and efficient, he leaves the hotel's name high, thank you for everything Burak!

Prachtig hotel op super locatie.
Top bediening met hulpvaardige crew!
Beetje zonde dat je voor de betere plaatsen aan het zwembad moet bijbetalen. Voor een bedje aan het strand best op tijd komen.

Nous avions été au rixos en 2021, l’hôtel était luxueux tout était parfait nous étions tellement heureux d’y retourner.
Nous venons de rentrer du rixos, la qualité s’est dégradé, ce n’est plus du tout luxueux mais les prix n’ont pas baissé c’est devenu un hôtel classique nous ne recommandons pas du tout d’y aller. Même la literie a vieilli la forme des humains dans le matelas, la piscine qui est abîmé, les transats entassés aucun espace pour marcher ou bronzer.
Vraiment le seul + mais comme dans tout dubai c’est les professionnels « les petites mains » qui sont juste merveilleux sans eux l’hôtel serait une catastrophe. Nous avons fait le sofitel de la Palm juste avant celui ci je le recommande totalement.

This is my favorite hotel. I like the level of service, the location, the attitude of the staff. I would like to mention the staff at Godiva Cafe - Karina, Ekaterina, Umer. Service from their side is always on top. Very responsive and professional.

Jaffar. Best service I have experienced to date. My family and stayed from 10/4-24 -18/4-24 and we really enjoved our stay.

One of the favourite hotels in Dubai
So stylish and modern, rooms are just stunning
Panoramic windows with incredible views to the endless sea and sky
Housekeeping and FB service is up to high level, doing amazing job
Love the place, we visited many times with family and frieds
Every time can’t get enough
There is also pool for adults only but if you are wihh the kids, there is kids club as well
Everything you need for perfect da at ion is just here ????????

Nice check in, very friendly staff. Good size room with sea view. Shower quality is so so, water takes a long time to get hot and the water pressure not strong enough. House keeping is great Ali took really good care of us and the room. Great pool area very big. Very nice beach. The beach beds are really uncomfortable this was a big negative. Beach staff are very nice. One negative is driving into and out of the hotel can be a nightmare. There are many hotels on this resort including huge boardwalk and playground for kids. The traffic is bumper to bumper sometimes it takes 15 to do 100 meters. Sometimes it took us 20 minutes to get to the main road which is 200 meters away.

Останавливались семьей с ребенком на 10 дней. Понравилось все - отличные большие номера, постоянная уборка, отель в самом центре JBR. Замечательная зона бассейна, до моря очень близко.
Плюс ко всему отличный такси сервис, когда отель предлагает отвести/подождать/привести в любом месте в Дубай (и даже в Абу Даби)
Рекомендую!

Bijaya Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Super freundlich und top service. Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Anlage ist sehe sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind super ausgestattet und haben schöne ausblicke ans Meer. Das Fitnessstudio ist auch sehr gut. Wir werden wieder kommen.
