With no beach, but facing the Persian Gulf, it is the only hotel on the Corniche of Deira, at the extreme north of this district. Massif outside and spacious inside, it has 414 rooms, some of which are triple rooms, which is rare enough to emphasize it and families will appreciate it. A dozen restaurants, including Al-Dawaar, Dubai's revolving restaurant! As the Hyatt Regency is located in front of the air corridor leading to the airport, sensitive ears will do well to think of earplugs (despite good soundproofing).
