JUMEIRAH EMIRATES TOWERS * * * * *
A 400-room establishment in the shape of an equilateral triangle, with picture windows that reach down to the carpet.
Overlooking Sheikh Zayed from its 305-metre high, the Jumeirah Emirates Towers is an equilateral triangular spire designed by Hazel Wong to incorporate 400 rooms on 51 floors. Even if you don't know anything about Euclidean geometry, you will be amazed by the vertiginous lightness of the line and the gracefulness of the two sisters made of glass and aluminium. Major point: in the rooms, the bay windows go down to the level of the carpet, and it is very impressive. Those who do not live here will come and admire the whole, facing the DIFC and a stone's throw from the World Trade Centre.
