A business hotel above all (7 conference rooms, 2 ballrooms, a club lounge), the Radisson offers tourists a very pleasant location on the banks of the Creek, a stone's throw from the souks with a beautiful view of the Arm of the Sea. All rooms have been recently renovated. It is known for its 15 restaurants and cafes, including the popular Fish Market, Minato and Shabestan.

We booked the stay in this hotel due to the prestige name of Radisson blu . Although on the last day of our stay there was a breach of privacy and security from the end of the hotel . We had confirmed with 3 different staff members of the hotel
Including Ms blessing at the reception and her colleague
And one of the staff on our floor that we will be checking out at around 1 pm which they confirmed and agreed . Also the staff were informed that we would take lunch in the hotel restaurant and then check out from the room after a final packing . When my personal stuff and valuables were still in the room the hotel staff entered our room without our permission despite of engaging the DND button and threw everything in the reception where my clothes were in a plastic bag and food was thrown under the shoes with my valuables just mishandled . We stay in a hotel thinking our belongings would be safe but this incident has made me feel like we cannot even a brand name of such a prestigious hotel. The audacity to miss handle my personal belongings and accessing it without the guests permission was certainly shocking .
Spoke to the Manager Ms Mary and the staff all they said was they understand that this is a mistake from their end . But they don’t value the embarrassment caused to us because of their mistake despite of speaking to 3 different staff members . what was the point of me paying so much for my privacy !!!
