C’est la 2ème fois que je viens dans cet hôtel. Cette fois-ci ma fille a eu un petit soucis de santé sans gravité. Le personnel de l’hôtel a fait son maximum pour trouver un hôpital qui nous accepte à moindre frais car la caution peut être élevée. Ils ont été une aide précieuse dans un moment pas évident pour nous. Très humains. Un énorme merci à toute l’équipe de cet hôtel.

We stay here regularly. I must appreciate Dhirender, he really makes an effort at cleaning the room. He is friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Novotel Suites of Emirates and am impressed with the housekeeping. Sher did a really great job housekeeping the room.
Always put on a smile when we bunped into him outside the room corridor….
