Above and beyond from imagination ✨️ ♥️ indeed its another world. A beautiful view from White Beach. Beautiful guest rooms. Complementary water, luxurious supplies, and amenities. The sofa can be converted into a bed when needed. There are two pools. Saperate Beach for Imperial Club. There is a beautiful Imperial Club Lounge for Imperial guest. Water and Lost chamber is included during stay. Two stunning buffet restaurants. World-class fine dining restaurants such as seafire, ossiano, BSK, and Nobu. Warehouse restaurants which are directly connected with waterpark where you can have countless fun and it will make you a die heart fan of this place???? THE FORBES ???? ????

We stayed here for 10 days as a family of three with a nine year old. It was a fantastic experience. The service was immaculate as expected but even then surpassed expectations. The proximity and automatic entrance to the water park was useful - it is definitely worth considering the upgrade so you don’t have to queue. We experienced the swim with dolphins too - the welfare of the animals seemed ok although more space and a more varied environment may be beneficial. The beach is pure white sand which is lovely. The pool was nice although considering the number of guests more pools might have been nice. The room was excellent, well designed and the cleaners were superb. It is definitely worth checking out the restaurants - Nobu is amazing, the other restaurants were also impressive. The buffets are also great. Overall a great experience and I strongly suspect we’ll be back ????????

ممتاز لكن يحتاج بعض الامور اللي تخفف من حدت حرارة الجوا

مثلاً تغطية منطقة الألعاب المائية بالرذاذ يلطف الجوا ويخفف حدة الحرارة

كذلك الكراسي قليلة جدا واغلبها غير مضلل

Très bel hôtel, tout confort
Nous sommes partis trois jours et nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous avions pris une suite terrasse, ce qui nous donnait droit à l'impérial club, qui à mon sens est un vrai plus et une vraie économie. Le petit déjeuner est dervi dans un salon à part et le the time est ouvert une bonne partie de l'après midi avec des encas salé et sucré, boissons et fuits. La parc aquatique est à quelques 10aines de mètres, à faire à pieds ou avec la navette de l'hôtel. Très bien organisé.

Très bel hôtel mais cher pour un service décevant
Très bel hôtel situé sur la palme à Dubaï. Service déplorable : nous avions demandé 2 chambres communicantes dans les étages supérieurs. Nous avons reçu 2 chambres séparées au 2eme étage. Nos bagages n'étaient pas dans notre chambre alors que le check in avait été réalisé à 10h30 et que nous étions arrivés à 15h30. 50 minutes pour recevoir les bagages dans la chambre. Pas de mobilier extérieur sur l'une des terrasses. Le soir du réveillon, ils prennent une réservation pour 21h mais à 22h les cuisines ferment. Il nous faut donc manger notre menu en 4eme vitesse. Le parc aquatique est bien mais est payant (location des casiers - l'entrée est gratuite pour les résidents de l'hôtel). Les files y sont longues et le pass pour les éviter cher (plus de 100 euros). Le voiturier prend une belle commission sur chaque trajet en taxi (ou vous pouvez vous promener et espérer en croiser un). Le petit déjeuner est bien mais non compris dans la plupart des tarifs. Dommage car nous espérions beaucoup de cette visite pour le soir du réveillon de Noël. Peut-être que nous n'avons pas eu de chance.
Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses et la salle de bain est au top. Literie très confortable.

Le lieu est assez bluffant au bout de la fameuse palme.
Un cadre qui se rapporohce plus de Disney que de l'Atlantide et un style très "rococo" pas toujours du meilleur gout.
C'est en fait une destination en soi avec un aquarium impressionnant , une multitude de restaurants plusieurs piscines et un parc aquatique..
Revers de la médaille la foule parfois trop nombreuse et un coté industrie pour les services..
