La Mer is a pedestrian complex located by the sea. It includes a public beach, many restaurants and shops ranging from eyewear to concept stores and souvenir shops. It is a very playful place where you go first to the beach, then to eat and finally to do some shopping. Very popular on weekends, you can go there in the afternoon and especially at sunset.
