This open-air mall resembles in every way La Mer (Jumeirah 1), City Walk (Jumeirah 2) and Al Seef (Bur Dubai), Blue Waters (Marina) or even Box Park (Jumeirah 2) and for good reason since it was designed and developed by Meeras whose owner is none other than Sheikh Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President of the United Arab Emirates and Emir of Dubai. During its construction, this new site, between the beach and the JBR promenade, was the talk of the town: residents seemed worried about what it would look like, the fear was that it would obscure the view; it seems that the result is unanimous. A beach, numerous restaurants and shops have been set up.
