Cé la Vie is first and foremost a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa and the skyscrapers of Downtown. This is the kind of place you often dream about, the kind of place you look for when you travel. So when you want to get away from the downtown asphalt and find a bit of height, you can only recommend this address. Before 6pm, it's a zen, soothing atmosphere. After office hours, or on weekends, the world is crowded and it's a trendy public, mainly made up of expatriates, who come for the first or last drink.
