Welcome to this coffee shop on the banks of the Creek. The coffee is honored here with a variety of preparations from here and elsewhere. We particularly like the traditional Emirati coffee called Gahwa which is more than a drink, it is a language in itself, symbol of Emirati hospitality. It is brewed and contains cardamom and can be flavored with saffron, rose water and even incense, without sugar. It is eaten with a date to remove the bitterness. Otherwise, opt for Kharak Masala tea.
