Who doesn't know this small shop located in the middle of the textile souk just before reaching the abras? Since 1968, Mohammed Haji and his brother Abdul Jaleel have been serving no less than 1,000 samoussas a day in high season! From souk workers to seasoned tourists, everyone lines up to enjoy the fried bananas, vegetable pakoras and famous samoussas they sell by the 10. It's so good to have a little break on the go, in the middle of the crowd for so little. An unforgettable break.
