Located in the souk al Bahar, here is a good address to take a scoop of homemade ice cream, a pancake at a low price, on the terrace, facing the spectacle of the fountains. You can also smoke a good shisha. What more could you ask for? A table in front of the show, but for that, you'll have to arrive early! To be smart or not to be! Please note: it is recommended to come by cab and to be dropped off at the Palace Hotel. The entrance to the café is right next door and you'll avoid the crowds at the entrance to the mall. You will thank us.
