The best tennis players from around the world, men and women, compete in Dubai every year after the Australian Open.

For nearly a week, the year's top professional tennis players, both men and women, will compete at the Dubai Duty Free Stadium in the aviation club located in the Gharbout district. Established in 1993, sponsored since the first year by Dubai Duty Free, it is endowed with over 1 million 800 thousand dollars. The stadium is outdoor and can accommodate up to 5,000 spectators. The dates of the tournament are set according to the Australian Open.
