The marvel designed by Gérard Ronzatti, this glass-covered trimaran with futuristic contours, is called Al Minsaf. Father of the Bateaux-Parisiens, the Bateaux Bus and the Hôpital flottant Esquirol, the French naval architect has designed for Dubai a splendid unit capable of carrying over one hundred diners. On board, the experience is top-notch and the dishes fashionable, in a very different register from the Iranian-Lebanese buffets on the dhows. And the heat under the windows? A major challenge for Seine-Design, solved by the use of titanium air-conditioning exchangers.
