A late architectural house showcasing the city's various stages of growth, model ships..
The house is a refined example of late 19th century architecture. The building's beamed ceilings and woven palm leaves, vaulted embrasures, windows and delicately carved trellises characterize this building. The house was the seat of the local government and the private residence of the grandfather of the present ruler of Dubai. Interesting exhibition on the different stages of the city's growth, model ships and lighting on the founding family of Dubai.
