Under its blue sky, the Var offers us a myriad of natural sites but also many tables to delight our taste buds. This Thursday, February 9, 2017, three restaurants in the department have just been awarded their first star in the Michelin Guide, among the 70 new stars awarded this year. These are Benjamin's Garden at Bern Castle; the Olive Tree at the Bastide de Saint-Tropez; and the Palm Grove at Valmer Castle. When we know what this distinction represents in terms of work and resources, the whole team at Le Petit Futé du Var congratulates Benjamin Collombat, Philippe Colinet and Jimmy Coutel, the three respective chefs!
