Hats off to our ambassador of French cuisine in Costa Rica Patricia Richer (restaurant la terrasse in San-José), who organized a gastro-epicurean event in a superb Provençal villa by the pool. High quality actors were present: Alain Biles, a major figure in Provençal gastronomy, Monegasque chef Marc Nieroz, Gérald Ceraï, a specialist in improvised communication that evening as a bartender/DJ, fashion designer Claudine Laugier, André Rossi, inventor of the saturn oven, South Epicurean Jeremy Capitano and the Var des Gastronomes with Marie Tabacchi, Jean Bouchat writer and seer. Le Petit futé was a partner of this event and offered all guests of Éditions 2018 du petit futé Var, Provence and Costa Rica, with other surprises. A nice surprise awaited Chief Patricia Richer, who had the honour of being inducted as a Disciple of Augustus Escoffier by President Raymond Macario during the ceremony that took place before the evening! To the delight of the guests, this Cool Event 2018, organized at Revest-les-Eaux, brought us back to the essentials... meeting friends, eating healthy, in a festive body, and a spirit of altruism and love of life
