Where to go in Africa?
What to do in Africa? Our favourite destinations
A trip to Africa is a promise of sunshine and a guaranteed change of scenery, and leaves countless memories.
We can start by making a stopover in the Maghreb countries. Going to Morocco offers incredible moments in cities with ancient medinas, where you can stroll to the rhythm of the souks before enjoying a generous cuisine.
30% of the African population lives in West Africa. It is a fascinating and varied territory, where you can get lost in the lush valleys of Cape Verde, take a canoe trip in the bush of Burkina Faso or take advantage of a trip to Senegal to experience the lively atmosphere of the sparkling Dakar.
On the other side of the continent, you'll encounter wild animals in Tanzania, before discovering the fascinating culture of the Masai tribe and landing on a heavenly beach in the Zanzibar archipelago. Further east, Madagascar is a fascinating destination rich in contrasting and diverse landscapes (beaches, islets, mountains, savannah, etc.), a mosaic people and exceptional endemic flora and fauna...
With a travel guide in hand, if you wonder where to start in South Africa, it seems inevitable to hike through magnificent landscapes like the Drakensberg Mountains. At other times, we take an interest in its tumultuous history by walking through Johannesburg's neighbourhoods, which reveal the scars of the past.
