How to get there

Eaton Center and Yorkville

Vue depuis l'aéroport Billy Bishop.

Steps: Toronto

Start your shopping marathon at the Eaton Center, one of North America's largest shopping centres, which covers several blocks of houses along Yonge Street. Internationally renowned brands of ready-made clothing are all represented. Dowtown Yonge is one of the areas which are the most supplied in stores and shopping centres. Under the city, the famous PATH, a network of underground passageways bordered by shops and restaurants, covers almost the entire Financial District. At the end of the morning, take the metro to head to the Yorkville neighbourhood and enjoy a snack in one of the trendy restaurants in this select neighbourhood. An afternoon in designer shops and luxury top-brand shops are likely to quickly lower your bank account level. But after all, you are here to indulge yourself! To reassure you, end up in the very close neighbourhood of Annex, in the atmosphere of the streets you have just paced up and down. The Annex is to be explored when looking for "good plan", its proximity with the University accentuating its "good and cheap" side.

Vintage atmosphere and original gifts

Steps: Toronto

Today, your shopping will focus more on search for the perfect little shop of original gifts (for others or for yourself) or the no less perfect vintage dress. Queen West is considered the dream place for this type of purchase. If you are a fan of vintage, Kensington Market and its shops in charming Victorian houses will help you find your happiness. You will get there at the end of the morning. Next door, Chinatown will host your lunch break, at the same time that it is an original shopping destination for the afternoon.
