Program of your day
In the morning, you will be warmly welcomed by Philippe and Alexandre in their farm located on the heights of Autun. Producers and breeders of ducks and lambs, they will accompany you step by step in the making of your foie gras.
For lunch, you will taste their specialties with a glass of wine: duck rillettes, dried duck breast, duck pâté with foie gras or foie gras beef.
In the afternoon, you will enjoy an oenological workshop and taste five wines in an atypical setting in the heart of Autun's historic district.
