Thisis the island of the Odyssey where Odysseus is said to have stopped ... in the arms of the nymph Calypso, for 7 beautiful years. Its main originality is two lakes connected to each other and themselves connected by a narrow passage to the sea. On the larger of the lakes there is still an island, so an island within an island!
