The first stop of the tour is the historical site of Agia Triada of Tzagarolon, a magnificent monastery located in the Akrotiri peninsula of Chania. It features beautiful Byzantine architecture, a folklore museum, a library and a collection of artifacts left over from the various periods of occupation of the monastery.
Taste a selection of 4 wines, olive oil and vinegar from the monastery's production, while admiring the vaulted cellar and discovering the agricultural equipment of the past on display.
After a guided walk through the vineyards of Vinolio, you will enjoy a scenic drive to the Manousakis family winery to learn about their wines, history and philosophy. Taste 5 wines accompanied by olive oil, Cretan bread and sea salt under their beautiful pergolas.
