11h00 : Visit of the " Domaine du Rieu Frais ", tasting and winegrower picnic, in Ste Jalle (18km)
You will be expected at the "Domaine du Rieu Frais" to discover throughout the visit, authentic wines in organic farming.
2:30 pm : Visit of the " Scourtinerie ", in Nyons (16,8km)
Founded in 1882, this company weaves scourtins, the Provencal term for the filters used in the traditional manufacture of olive oil. Today, you can visit this workshop from another age where scourtins for oil and wine presses are still made, as well as doormats, trivets and carpets in shimmering colors.
15h30 : Visit of the " Vinaigrerie ", in Nyons (550m)
Discover the secrets of vinegar, its origin, its manufacture and the different uses that can be made of it. Raphaël flavors the good wines of the Côtes du Rhône with the aromatic plants of the Drôme Provençale. The visit will end with a tasting.
From 4pm to 6pm : Welcome at your guest house " la Roseraie Drôme ", in Condorcet (14km)
Located in the countryside and surrounded by low mountains in Drôme Provençale.
7:30 pm : Dinner at the restaurant " La Charrette Bleue " in Condorcet (5,4km)
Selected by the Michelin guide (Bib Gourmand), La Charrette Bleue is a former post office.
