During this day rich in discovery, you'll explore Cairo's iconic sites. We'll start with a visit to the majestic Pyramids of Giza, where you'll marvel at their grandeur and millennia-old history.


We'll then move on to the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, where you can admire a remarkable collection of ancient artefacts, including the treasures from Tutankhamun's famous tomb.


After this immersion in Egyptian history, we'll head to Islamic Cairo for a pleasant stroll. You'll have the opportunity to visit the prestigious Al-Azhar mosque, a symbol of Islamic knowledge and culture, as well as the famous Khan El Khalili souk, a bustling market where you can stroll among the colorful stalls and pick up unique souvenirs.


At the end of the day, we'll take you to Giza station to catch your train to Luxor, where you can rest and prepare for new adventures.

Afterwards, we'll take you to your 5-star full-board cruise ship, where you can settle in and relax while enjoying top-quality service.


The afternoon will be free, allowing you to relax on board or explore the surroundings at your own pace.


Dinner will be served on board, followed by a peaceful night on board, lulled by the gentle lapping of the Nile.

In the afternoon, we'll explore the temple of Kom Ombo, a unique site dedicated to both the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Haroeris.


We'll then sail back to Aswan, where you can relax and enjoy the scenery along the Nile.

Aswan and return to Cairo

As an option, you can choose to visit the fascinating temple of Abu Simbel, some 280 km south of Aswan. This spectacular site is famous for its rock-cut temples dedicated to Pharaoh Ramses II and Queen Nefertari.


Another option is to take a motorboat trip to discover the islands of the First Cataract of the Nile and the Nubian village. This ride will allow you to explore picturesque landscapes and learn more about the culture and way of life of the local people.


At the end of the day, we'll take you to Aswan station to catch your night train to Cairo.
