TRIVANDRUM - KOVALAM

Steps: Kovalam

You are greeted on arrival at the Trivandrum International Airport/Railway station by The Travel Planners representative and thereafter transfer you to the Resort. Rest of the day free to relax in the resort and stay overnight in your resort.

Trivandrum or Thiruvananthapuram, is the ideal place to start your Kerala journey. Situated between the mighty Western Ghats and the huge Arabian Sea, it was referred to as the “Evergreen City of India” by Mahatma Gandhi. Trivandrum has a rich history and was once home to several princely states and dynasties. There are several official buildings that populate the city such as the Napier Museum, The Kerala Government Secretariat, Kerala Legislature Assembly Complex and Legislature Museum. Some of the other Trivandrum sightseeing options are Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Kuthiramallikka Palace, and East Fort.

KOVALAM - TRIVANDRUM - KOVALAM

Today morning after breakfast you can go to the beach and free to relax in the beach, afternoon you can do the sightseeing of Trivandrum [The Capital of Kerala]. Here you can see the 260 year old Sri Padmanabha Swami Temple, Puthan Maliga Palace Museum [200 year old Palace of the Travancore Maharaja's], Napier Museum [Which has an electric display of bronzes, temple carts, Ivory carvings etc..] and Sri Chitra Art Gallery. COCHIN
