Day 1: Arrival in Cancún

Day 3: Cenote caleta Tankah

Located near the small town of Tulum, between the jungle and the Caribbean, this small intimate cenote is a small jewel of Quintana Roo. If you wish, you can relax on the beach and enjoy the beauty of the place and the small creek. Far from the mass tourism, an entrance fee will be asked which allows to rarefy the number of people, for your greatest pleasure.
Day 4: The archaeological site of Tulum
Steps: Tulum
You will leave from your hotel and you will be able to discover by yourselves the archeological site of Tulum, the only Mayan site on the seaside. Moreover you will appreciate the presence of the numerous guardians of these places, the iguanas, and will benefit from the small splits, the most beautiful beaches of this coast of the Caribbean. You can then continue your road in direction of your next stage in Mahahual.

Day 5: The wild dawn by kayak
Steps: Chacchoben
Your guide will pick you up at dawn at your hotel, to arrive at sunrise at the Lagoon of the Eight, near Chacchoben. You will start the kayak tour with the first light of the day and observe the life in the lagoon: crocodiles entering the water, birds looking for their breakfast... Then you will be invited for a snack before returning to your hotel. You will then take the road to Bacalar.

Day 6: Escapade on the lagoon of Bacalar
Steps: Laguna De Bacalar
Your guide will pick you up at your hotel and you will go to discover some of the cenotes that feed the lagoon, the pirate channel and the island of birds. Your guide, a specialist of the Bacalar lagoon, will reveal all the secrets of this magical place and its ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to swim in the turquoise waters, in one of the most beautiful natural reserves in America. You will then take the road to Xpujil.
2 nights at the Casa Ka'an hotel in an Aguacate room for 2 people.
Day 7: Visit to the ancient city of Calakmul
Steps: Calakmul
Your guide will pick you up at 7:30 a.m. at your hotel, and you will leave for the reserve of Calakmul. This city was one of the most important of the Mayan Empire, and remains one of the greatest discoveries to date. It is in the middle of the jungle that you will discover the imposing buildings remarkably well preserved. After a picnic lunch at the site, you will return with your guide to your hotel. Day 8: Rio Bec and its local communities
Steps: Xpujil
Your guide will pick you up at your hotel at 9:00 am and you will leave to discover 3 of the most important archaeological sites of Rio Bec: Xpujil, Chicanná and Becán. After a meal in a small local restaurant, you will meet a community of the region, with whom you will observe the birds. They will present their reforestation project, as well as their beehives and their production of local honey. Guide in English and Spanish only. You will then take the road to your next stop in Campeche

Day 9: Discovery of Uxmal
Steps: Uxmal
You will be able to visit by yourselves one of the best preserved archaeological sites of the country. From the top of its pyramids, you will enjoy an incredible panorama, the site being in the middle of the plain of Yucatan. You will be able to discover some sites of the Ruta Puuc like Kabah, Sayil, Xlapak or Labná. You will then continue on your way to your next stop in Celestun.

Day 10: Walk in Celestun
Steps: Celestún
You will take two paths, made up of two delimited areas, two stages that naturally follow each other. You will discover the diversity of the vegetation of the coastal dune: the mangroves that extend towards the salt flats and the lianas that waddle among the chacá trees. The route will give you a virtually ancient view of the native and pristine ecological systems that surround the city of Celestún.
Day 11: The city of Merida
Steps: Mérida
Today, you'll hit the road for your next stop in Valladolid. On the way, you will find Merida, a modern and cosmopolitan city full of museums, art galleries, restaurants, stores and boutiques. Its historic center is full of colonial treasures such as the mansions of Paseo Montejo and the Palacio Municipal. The Il Defonso cathedral is a must-see. Don't forget to taste the Xtabentun, an alcohol of Mayan origin made of honey.

Day 12: Meeting with a Mayan community
Steps: Chichén Itzá
With your guide, you will go a few kilometers south of Chichen Itz, to one of the few sites still inhabited. The community preserves all the rituals of their ancestors. The children of the village will be happy to show you their site and make you appreciate their Mayan world, and you will participate in a pre-Hispanic cooking class. Day 13: Kayak in the mangroves
