Day 1: Travel
Welcome by a driver-guide at Arusha airport or Kilimanjaro international airport and transfer to Lake Manyara National Park for a full-day safari. This national park is one of Tanzania's most spectacular wildlife areas. It consists of a massive but shallow soda lake (covering two-thirds of the park), situated at the foot of the western escarpment of the Great Rift Valley. Day 2: Travel
Steps: Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, we head for the Serengeti National Park, passing through the magnificent farmlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa - the Serengeti National Park - with its endless plains stretching as far as the eye can see. Day 3: Travel
Breakfast followed by a full-day safari in the Serengeti National Park. The driver-guide will select the best spots for wildlife viewing. Day 4: Travel
After breakfast at the lodge, we depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. We descend over 600 meters into the crater to observe the flora and fauna during a half-day safari. The Ngorongoro Crater is home to a wide variety of animals, including herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo and giant African elephant. Another asset of this picturesque national park is its dense population of predators, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the elusive leopard, which sometimes takes a trained eye to spot. Day 5: Travel
Steps: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, we drive to Tarangire National Park for an early morning safari. The park stretches along the Tarangire River and consists mainly of low-lying hills on the floor of the Great Rift Valley. Its natural vegetation consists mainly of acacia forests and giant African baobabs, with huge swampy areas in the south. The river and swamps attract wild animals during Tanzania's dry season. Tarangire National Park is home to some of Africa's largest elephant herds. We return to the lodge for lunch, after which we depart for Arusha town or the airport for your flight
